Reservations are confirmed only after receiving full payment or the established deposit. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Between 15 and 29 days, 50% will be retained. With less than 15 days, no refund applies. Panama Guide Adventures reserves the right to cancel an expedition due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or insufficient number of participants, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
Participants must be in a state of health compatible with moderate to high difficulty hiking activities. Minors must travel accompanied by a responsible adult. It is the participant's responsibility to have a valid medical and accident insurance.
Panama Guide Adventures is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages suffered during excursions arising from causes beyond our negligence, including but not limited to weather conditions, uneven terrain, animal bites, or unforeseen incidents. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
All content on this website — texts, images, logos, and graphic material — is the property of Panama Guide Adventures or used under license. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
